noticed since the fbi got involved there hasnt been too many new posts.guess everyone is waiting to hear something.i guess i have too.dont think they will release any more information than the opd.starting to feel like were butting our heads against a brick wall.i know of two people that should be checked out,but you dont know if they have already done that.after the last time i called in to the gbi on the missing woman from blairsville,ga.and the lady on the phone said she didnt see the connection,im a little leary of calling.she was a former probation officer,my guy was a former guard and was now a cook.he works 2 miles from where she was abducted, and probably passed by there on his way home.maybe i should have told them he had dinner with her,i mean what more of a connection do you need when you have nothing.there are a lot of loose ends in this case that need to be looked at.seems to me if you really want to solve this case, you would be grasping at straws,no matter how rediculous the information may sound.the problem with most le is they dont think outside of the box.they try to be too rational about things, and use too many references to statistics, like most victims are found within 2 miles of there location, get real, they could be anywhere.oh well, just had to say something, tired of waiting for answers.by the way my cell phone is pinging in fl.right now,but im in oh.

Loose ends:
Like the supposed sighting of Jennifer with two men the day she disappeared (boyfriend of a female informant)?

Like the non-testimony of the young lady who lived below Jennifer, what she remembers from those last days?

Like her very early departure the morning she disappeared, even before the grounds keepers had arrived?

Like the strange POI back-track to Mosaic post abduction?

You are correct, MPEA, so many loose ends and so little hard information. I just hope the FBI will pull out all the stops

I can’t see how the FBI will make a difference because they, like everyone else, will have next to nothing to work with.

Note too, the FBI already have a lot of unsolved missing persons cases.

I have suggested previously that when trying to solve a crime like this it is handy to have a crime scene.
Also, it’s big help to have a witness or two and an even bigger help to have some physical evidence.
It doesn’t matter which way you dice it or slice it this case is lacking information on every level.

As much as anyone I hope the case will be solved one day but really, how on earth will that come about?

I really don't know how this will come about, but I for one believe the answer is out there somewhere, it has just not been found yet. Its never to late to discover new evidence, it may be hard and very difficult, but not imposible.

I as well have been quiet for a while now just absorbing everything again. We have covered a lot of things throughout the last several months and yes it gets very frustarating but we just can't roll over and lay down.

I trully believe her work and her aquaintenances from work and friends really, really need to be checked out again and not with kid gloves on. I just refuse to believe this was a random act as I have said before and Bill as well, its just way to clean and neat. I am very, very, on board with the Planned abduction, if we stick with the facts, about Jennifer, she is very beautiful, very intelligent, 3 promotions in a very short time, bought her own condo, very sucessful and confident. She was very cautious with safety concerns, always on the phone with someone when going from a to b. No sign of a struggle anywhere we know of, to me this is a sign she knew or had been aquainted with her abductor. I also believe she never left the night before to mail the phone, I believe she intended on taking it to work with her and mailing it from there.

I agree with all of the above, Dan, especially the acquaintance (from work) abduction.

Do police not know whether Jennifer had a meeting with a client early that morning? Or is her agenda also missing along with her briefcase, cellphone nd any computer she may have had?

Did the police just ASSUME that Jennifer went from Mosaic to work non-stop? Do they have any proof of the non-stop theory?

I believe that Jennifer would have called had she gone non-stop to work. I believe that Jennifer left at least a half hour earlier than usual (and went to bed earlier than usual) I believe she rushed around that morning but took time to choose a power outfit.

Maybe someone had convinced her that she could bring a deal to closing with one personal intervention. Maybe Jennifer's business ambition and her desire to surprise people (her boss and maybe Robb) by closing a big one, caused her to let down her guard.

I think the FBI should tear into whoever had contact with Jennifer at work from before Christmas on..interview everybody again, compare with testimony from 4 yers ago, look for inconsistencies and hesitations. Ask what were the biggest deals she sat in on. Ask which ones remained opened at the time of her disappearance..get into the background of who could have gone from time sharing to trfficking...

That is what the FBI could still do. And if you are caught lying to those guys, well it's slammer time! I just hope they are working on her life at work, because aside from Rob, it WAS her life.

Your absolutely right Bill, Jenns life was Rob and her work. I believe it was one of two things, the abduction was for profit and or extreme jealousy.

I rule out random because i honestly believe the abductor would of made mistakes and left something behind. Its just way to clean and neat.

What ever happened i believe happened before the sun came up and happened very quickly.

I also believe the car being parked at HOTG, was a planned site to throw LE off. The video i believe was sheer luck the driver was not id'ed by it, i really do not think he/she was aware of it being there.

Im glad the FBI is in charge now and hopefully they will work outside the box as well as within. Im sure they have their own ideas but i really hope they take a look at what we all have touched base on and use it or some of it. I feel a lot was poured into this forum and something here is what has happened.

For a long time I believed Jennifer was abducted by someone she knew.
It could have been an ex, someone from her work, someone who stayed at her condo, someone on the periphery of her group of friends  or even a disgruntled customer.
Even today I sometimes drift back to suspecting someone from this group.

However the POI, as photographed at HOTG, stops me from believing the perpetrator was anyone that Jennifer knew.
Why?
The POI would have to be associated with anyone who knew Jennifer or worked with her.
Despite the POI’s face being obscured he/she has a ‘look’, a ‘gait’ and projects a distinct appearance.
In other words the POI is recognizable by anyone who knows him/her.

However since nobody has been able to identify the POI it suggests the POI hadn’t been in Orlando very long.
Certainly not long enough to become ‘known.’
That’s why I believe the POI was either an illegal immigrant working at Mosaic or a drifter/loner who moved around the country, working in construction.

There are thousands of unsolved abductions and many of them are ‘neat and clean.’

You can check here to verify this:

http://www.doenetwork.org/     (on the left side panel click on ‘unexplained disappearances’)

One doesn’t have to be a rocket scientist to understand the POI is the key to unlocking this case.
How many thousands of people have seen the pictures of the POI and have not been able to identify this suspect?

Larry, I do agree with you on Jenn not being associated with the POI in the pic at HOTG, but who is to say he/she is the one who actually took her? This POI could just be a simple errand boy paid a few hundred bucks to drop off the car. Easy money for an illegal. The POI could of been brought in from anywhere and of course no one would know him/her.
In some scenarios we have discussed a lot of folks seem to think he is muscular and taller, well I see a taller person than what LE has said and I also see a thin build, long legs, skinny arms and maybe a wide chest, but not muscular. I know people who look like that and if I were to put khaki pants and a white T shirt on them and large shoes and somekind of a bike helmet or something equivalent, they would look about the same as POI. What im saying is Whom ever the kidnapper is could of paid so and so and then so and so could of paid a third party to do the job, we just don't know. I respect your opinions and you may very well be right in your assumptions, and thats all we have, all of us is assumptions. In the past we have all just tried to put together a scenario that would fit the crime a common sense approach.
Trust me I do understand your aggravation and the brick walls we all have hit. Maybe one day we will get the info we need to figure this out and then again we may never know.
I checked out the site you have listed, and WOW, it is loaded , will start reading some of them just to get more ideas, thanks Larry for the site.
