Boca Raton Town Center Murders - Any connection???

Wondering if anyone on here has heard of the Murders at Boca Raton Town Center? A man would carjack women getting into their car and tie them up with zip ties and rob them. He killed a mother and daughter. He did it several times and some of his victims he let them live. You can google these murders or check on America's Most Wanted.

I think Boca is like 2 hours from Orlando. Jennifer's abduction occured 2006. These murders began in 2007. The police have a composite sketch of the individual that can be compared plus there are living witnesses that can look at the surveillance and compare.

Here is what I found similiar:
1. Jennifer's abduction could of been a car jacking and these were.
2. Jennifer's abductor dropped off the vehicle in a crime ridden drug apartment. The killer in the Boca murders dropped off the Cell Phones of his victims in a crime area of Miami.
3. The POI wore some kind of disguise on his head like a hat. The Boca killer wore a disguise consisting of a fishing hat.
4. Remember those pics that Sandy enhanced where it showed POI had something around his ankles? Could be zip ties and the Boca murdere used zip ties.
5. POI was comfortable enough to ride around in Jennifer's car so did the Boca killer.

I think it is worth a shot for Orlando PD to contact Boca Raton PD and share the info they have. Also have the victims that survived view the surveillance video see if it sparks and recollection.

Jessica - I do remember reading about those murders.  I am going to go back and refresh my memory, because now that you pointed out those similarities to Jennifer's case, it seems like it should definitely be looked into!  I even recall seeing a composite sketch?  I will look for it...

I had heard about these on Americas Most Wanted some time ago but hadnt given it much thought. Today I saw the guys composite sketch and his weird disguise made me think about the POI's disguise and possible head gear he may be wearing.
