Gary Michael Hilton connection

Just read something I hadn't seen before.  I would post the entire article here, but it is a bit lengthy.  The article is on True Crime diary, and talks about a possible connection between Gary Michael Hilton (who murdered 24 year old Meredith Emerson).  True Crime diary tries to link him to Chery Dunlap, who went missing from her HOME in Crawfordsville, FL, and possibly Levi Frady (boy 11 years old) who was last seen with two while older males, one who looks like Hilton (remember the tip of Jenn last being seen with 2 males?), and others.

One of the most interesting things in this article, is a comparison of two pictures, one of Gary Hilton and the other of the POI in Jenn's case.

I looked up Hilton, he was 5'10.  He was in the army, and this article says "He fancied himself a soldier "on perpetual field maneuvers.""  He often carried an expandable baton - I believe on that justiceforchandra website, some people were speculating POI is carrying a baton...

Hi everyone, sorry I have not been on here much, I have a bit of time now so I'm trying to catch up. I read the articles you posted Sandy and I hope that LE has looked into this Gary Michael Hilton in regards to Jennifer. The only thing, the POI seems to carry himself younger to me....and would be shorter in stature based on what they got from the video. Didn't they say he'd be about 5'5 at tallest?
I've always thought it was most likely someone who did work at her complex, very interesting that this Gary Michael Hilton did this type of work. I read before that a lot of the condos were unoccupied at the time, maybe a worker was hiding out, watching Jennifer and was able to abduct her before any of the other workers arrived because he knew their schedule as well.

You bring up a good point, Rhiannon, that it seems like POI is younger. I have always believed that too, but then I started wondering WHY do I believe that? His body is pretty much fully clothed, we can't see his face...how would we really be able to tell his age? That photo of GMH walking in a similar position to POI doesn't give an idea to his age. I would probably assume that is a younger person too, but then when you see GMH's face you realize he is not in his 20s.

A thought came to me this morning - if POI is not a maintenance worker, but instead lived at the complex, I wonder if he dressed like a maintenance worker to throw people off...he could have known Jenn was uncomfortable around them. And if there was a witness, what are they going to describe? His maintenance looking clothes. Completely throwing off suspicion on him and onto the many workers.

Rhiannon - I agree that the POI doesn't really look like Hilton, he does appear younger, and my first impression was that POI was hispanic.  But, on other discussion boards, there was alot of speculation about why his back looked 'humped'.  Some suggested that he had on a biking water pack on his back.  This Hilton guy has some back issue.  The pictures they posted of Hilton and POI do look similar in the way their backs are rounded.  There have also been alot of discussions about POI's height, and that he was possibly taller.  Hilton does have alot of connections to Florida, and he doesn't seem to have a 'type' that he goes after.  He definitely does not like women or children for that matter.  He drove a van, alot of our discussions centered around the possiblity that Jenn was abducted into a van.  If it was Hilton, he may have seemed harmless to Jenn, because of his age.  He was also known to be with his very well trained dog.  Maybe Jenn likes dogs??  All in all, I just think it is another possibility...

f_j - i'm with you on that one.  when i saw the pic of Hilton compared to POI, I was also surprised that Hilton looked like a much younger man!  Another thing about Hilton, they say he walked in a military style.  That is one of things we all thought, that POI walked the same way!
