There has been a lot of frustration and disappointment on the boards the last couple months, but I hope that we can stick out the rough patches and see this through. There really is only one thing that matters in this situation, and that is finding Jennifer. Set aside all of the garbage in this case and think about Jenn. She is the victim, this is not her fault, and we have to bring her home. We've hit some roadblocks, but that shouldn't stop us from working to find Jenn. Remember that everything we do is for her and she deserves to come home.
I am relieved nothing was found in the field because it means there's a possibility Jennifer is still alive. So, let's pick up the pieces, and find a new angle to work on. She needs us...we cannot give up on her. Where do we go from here?
*We could start asking people to give financial support to the Jennifer Kesse Trust. *We could start an aggressive Internet campaign using Facebook, Twitter, chat rooms, etc to push people for information and spread the word of Jenn's story. (I have talked to plenty of Floridans who have never heard about Jenn.) *We can write newspapers and other media outlets (OPRAH) asking them to put the Kesses on the air, share the Kesse story, and just beg for help. *Let's tap into corporate America and see if they will sponsor ads for Jennifer (billboards, perhaps). Companies, especially big companies, WANT to do community service and be active in their communities because it makes them look good.
The possibilities of the help we can give the Kesses are endless. The great thing is that all of us our spread across the country so let's use that to our advantage. We might not be able to solve the crime but we can push for information. We can push, and push and push some more. All we have to do is reach the one or two people who know something. We can't let the bad guys win. I suggest we map out a new strategy, perhaps ask the Kesses how we can fit into their game plan, and break up assignments. Let's not forget, this is for Jennifer!!!!!
